Step #1
Engineering
When a customer shares a visual concept or physical example of what they’re looking for—complete with specific requirements—our engineering team gets to work, exploring and developing the best possible solution to bring their idea to life.
Step #2
Design
Using that information, we create a prototype—or 'plug'—of the product for the customer to review and approve. This step provides a chance to see and evaluate the design in physical form before the tooling process begins, allowing for any changes or refinements to be made as needed.

Tooling
After the design is approved, we move forward with the tooling phase, using either fiberglass or aluminum to build the necessary molds.

Step #4
Quality Assurance
The test samples are evaluated for key factors such as dimensions, texture and firmness, and overall appearance. A PPAP can be supplied upon request.

Production
This stage brings together every process and decision to produce the final product. Whether it’s a small batch or a high-volume order, our multiple facilities are equipped to manufacture parts quickly and efficiently.
Step #6
Distribution
Once production is finished, we prepare the order for shipment and ensure everything is securely packed and promptly delivered to the customer.
