We manufacture a wide range of foam products designed for various industries. Our offerings include:
Polyurethane (PU) Foam – Known for its cushioning and energy absorption properties, ideal for medical positioners, protective padding for packaging. Polyurethane is used in most furniture and bedding applications. Allied Atlanta offers an impressive variety of densities and firmnesses, including reticulated/dryfast and convoluted options. At Allied Foam Atlanta we bale 100% of our polyurethane scrap to be used in other recycled products.
Polyethylene (PE) Foam – A closed-cell foam used for shock absorption, excellent for low cost packaging applications. Certain polyethylene planks are made from recycled materials for a more sustainable packaging solution.
Crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE) Foam – With it’s Class A surface and high-strength, smooth-finish, XLPE is a high-aend, reusable material used in variety of industries including medical device packaging, automotive, and e-commerce applications.
Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) – High-performance foam ideal for reusable trays, impact-resistant packaging, great for blocking and bracing.
Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) – This foam has a class A surface. Great for single use for packaging electronics, glassware, and sports padding, also ideal for flotation.
Plastic Corrugated Sheets – Rigid, moisture-resistant sheets used in reusable packaging and storage solutions. Used for dunnage internally, or totes of all kinds.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – Used in industrial manufacturing for machine guards, cutting surfaces, and structural components.
Anti-Static Foams – Specialized foams designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). We have both polyurethane and polyethylene anti-static options.
