Materials We Fabricate

Polyurethane (PU) Foam

Polyurethane foam is a versatile, open-cell material known for its excellent cushioning and energy absorption properties. It is commonly used in medical positioners, custom packaging inserts, and protective padding for delicate instruments. PU foam is also frequently used in seating applications due to its comfort and flexibility.

Crosslinked Polyethylene (XLPE) Foam

Crosslinked PE foam is a chemically or physically crosslinked version of polyethylene, providing a finer cell structure, increased tensile strength, and a smoother finish. It is often used in medical device packaging and helmet liners where both protection and a clean aesthetic are required. XLPE is also common in automotive gaskets and seals.

Expanded Polyethylene (EPE)

Expanded polyethylene foam is a flexible, closed-cell material that provides reliable shock absorption and surface protection. It is often used in packaging for consumer electronics and glassware. EPE is also used in sports padding due to its lightweight and cost-effective properties. DID YOU KNOW: EPE is also used as flotation foam and has Boyance ratings, great for the marine industry.

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

HDPE is a rigid, high-strength plastic known for its chemical resistance and low moisture absorption. It is frequently used for machine guards and cutting surfaces, such as food-grade cutting boards. HDPE is also fabricated into structural components for industrial applications due to its excellent durability.

Polyethylene (PE) Foam

Polyethylene foam is a closed-cell material that offers excellent shock absorption, water resistance, and insulation properties. It is widely used for protective case inserts and marine flotation components. PE foam is also ideal for thermal insulation in HVAC systems due to its low moisture permeability.

Expanded Polypropylene (EPP)

Expanded polypropylene is a high-performance, closed-cell bead foam known for its high impact resistance and excellent energy return. EPP is commonly used in automotive bumper cores and reusable dunnage trays. Its lightweight and durable nature also make it ideal for drone and robotics packaging.

Plastic Corrugated Sheets

Plastic corrugated, typically made from polypropylene, is a rigid, lightweight material used for reusable packaging and storage solutions. It is commonly fabricated into custom dunnage for automotive supply chains and protective dividers in shipping containers. Its durability and moisture resistance make it a preferred alternative to cardboard.

Anti-Static Foams

Anti-static foams are specifically engineered to dissipate electrostatic discharge (ESD), protecting sensitive electronic components from damage. They are commonly used for circuit board packaging and semiconductor shipping trays. These foams are available in both PE and PU bases, depending on the application requirements
